Your products (or at least one ingredients in one of your products) must be grown within the CGC Service Region, which includes the following towns: NEW HAMPSHIRE: Acworth, Charlestown, Claremont, Cornish, Croydon, Goshen, Grantham, Langdon, Lempster, Newport, Plainfield, Springfield, Sunapee, Unity, or Washington VERMONT: Baltimore, Cavendish, Hartland, Springfield, Weathersfield, West Windsor, or Windsor 2. At least 75% of your sales must be biological in origin. 3. The owner (or majority of owners) of your business must live in NH or VT for more than half of the year. 4. If your business has multiple outlets or branches, the majority must be in NH or VT. 5. To the best of your knowledge, your products must be grown, processed, and/or sold in compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations.
